Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

General Cancellation: No Peek Protect

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your scheduled event date: A full refund of any payment made will be issued, excluding a non-refundable deposit or processing fee of %25
  • Cancellations made between 30 days prior to your scheduled event date: A partial refund of 50% of the total rental invoice will be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposit or processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within 36 hours of your scheduled event date: No refund will be issued, and the full amount of the rental invoice will be charged.

General Cancellation: Peek Protect

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your scheduled event: A full refund of any payment made will be issued, excluding any non-refundable fees paid for cancelation protection and any fees/taxes

Weather-Related Cancellation:

  • It's recommended to wait until the morning of your event to make a weather-related cancellation decision, as weather patterns can change quickly.
  • Cancellation due to inclement weather (rain, high winds above 15 mph, lightning, etc.) prior to equipment setup: A full refund, excluding any deposit paid, will be issued.
  • If inclement weather arises during or after setup but before the movie has started: The right is reserved to pause or cease production for up to two hours until conditions improve and/or for the safety of equipment and attendees.
  • If inclement weather prevents the complete screening of the film (less than 50% shown): One make-up event will be offered, subject to availability, within 6 months of the original event date. Delivery fees for the make-up event may apply, and there will be no refund on the initial payment.
  • Weather-related cancellation on the day of the event after our equipment has left the warehouse and/or setup has begun: No refund will be issued, as costs for employee time and delivery have been incurred.

Rescheduling:

  • Flexible rescheduling options for your outdoor movie screen rental are offered. eather reschedual via your account portal or Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your event, rescheduling fee may apply.
  • Rescheduling due to weather will be free of charge.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • To cancel or reschedule your reservation please check your account portal, please contact us by phone or email if you need help.
  • Peek Protect: Please check your email from "Spot" for cancelation information and procedures, do not call us to cancel that will void your protection.

Important Notes:

  • Having a backup indoor location in case of unfavorable weather conditions is strongly encouraged.
  • This policy applies to all standard outdoor movie screen rentals. Cancellations of special order items may be non-refundable.
  • The right is reserved to change this policy at any time without notice.
