All rentals are all-inclusive: screen, HD projector, sound system, Blu-Ray player, and an on-site technician who handles setup, operation, and teardown. Nothing extra to rent or buy.
Desert Air Cinema is based in Tucson, AZ. For events outside our local service area we charge a flat travel fee covering real out-of-pocket costs — fuel at $4.75/gal with our 10 MPG truck, drive time, and vehicle wear. No markups, no surprises.
The travel fee will appear on your invoice — no surprise charges at checkout.
