We proudly service all of Tucson. Additionally, we offer delivery and setup services to Phoenix and its surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm if we can service your specific event location.

Each movie package includes a large inflatable cinema screen (appropriate for your chosen package), a professional-grade HD digital projector, a high-quality sound system with an audio mixer and microphone, and a quiet inverter generator. Our service also covers complete delivery, setup by our technicians, event operation, and tear-down, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

We monitor the weather closely. In case of unfavorable conditions such as rain or high winds that could affect the safety or quality of the screening, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. This may include rescheduling your event to a different date. We recommend having an indoor backup plan if possible.

For public screenings (e.g., community events, ticketed events), a public performance license for the movie is generally required. We can provide assistance and guidance on how to obtain the necessary licensing. For private events in your backyard, licensing requirements often differ, but we can advise you on this as well.

The space required depends on the screen size in your package and the expected number of guests. You'll need a clear, relatively flat area for the inflatable screen (our screens range from 10 to 20 feet wide) and sufficient viewing space for your audience. We can provide specific dimensions once you've chosen a package.

Absolutely! You can provide the movie you wish to watch on DVD, Blu-ray, or as a digital file from a laptop. Our equipment is compatible with most standard media inputs. Please let us know your media source in advance to ensure a smooth setup.

• If travel distances are less than 150 miles from our office location there will be no charge for any travel to your location. 
• We accept all reservation from the Phoenix and surrounding area.

Machine Rentals  $5.00 / Delivery fee | $5.00 Pickup fee

• If travel distances are 25 miles or less from our office location there will be a $5 charge for any delivery to your location and a $5.00 pickup fee
• Anything over 25 miles is $5 + 1.50 per mile round trip from our office 85705

25% Deposit will be required to secure any date – we work on first come first served, if the date you need is blocked out more than likely that date has been booked and is not available.

To make a reservation a credit card is required to to reserve your spot. once your contract is signed via customer portal link and additional addons if any for your event your card on file will be charged 25% of your total.

Any remaining balance will be charged 1 week (7 Days) prior to your event additionally you can pay your invoice from your customer portal link emailed to you when you made your reservation at any time.

Any remaining balance for last minute addons will be due at the event payable to a staff member unless other arrangements have been made, you can pay by credit/debit card

We do not accept paper checks or Net 30 payment terms, please make arrangements to provide other forms of payment.

Not in your own home or backyard!

Generally, showing a movie outdoors in a location other than your backyard will require a license ie public performance screening. The Federal Copyright Act (Title 17, United States code, Public Law 94-553, 90 Stat. 2541) governs how copyrighted materials, such as movies, may be utilized publicly. Neither the rental nor the purchase or lending of a videocassette or DVD carries with it the right to exhibit such a movie publicly outside the home, unless the site where the video is used is properly licensed for copyright compliant exhibition.
This legal copyright compliance requirement applies to parks and recreation departments, colleges, universities, public schools, day care facilities, summer camps, churches, private clubs, prisons, lodges, businesses, etc. regardless of whether admission is charged, whether the institution is commercial or non-profit or whether a federal, state or local agency is involved.
The movie studios who own copyrights, and their agents, are the only parties who are authorized to license sites such as parks and recreation departments, businesses, museums, etc. No other group or person has the right to exhibit or license exhibitions of copyrighted movies. visit link for more info on Movie Licensing

Our outdoor cinema setups are perfect for a wide range of events, including backyard movie nights, birthday parties, neighborhood gatherings, school events, corporate functions, park screenings, and more. We can cater to groups from 25 to over 500 people.

To complete your cinema experience, we offer rentals for commercial-grade popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, and snow-cone machines. We also have patio heaters available for cooler evenings. These can be added to your booking.
